I’m pleased to announce that Greg Brock Consulting has begun a new collaboration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This partnership focuses on delivering a socio‑economic study on airlines' charges for aeronautical meteorological services, supporting IATA’s work to strengthen global alignment and ensure fairness and transparency.

Over the next six months, I will conduct a range of analysis and engagement activities as well as the development of strategic recommendations for IATA. The work aims to inform future policy discussions and provide a clearer evidence base for how aeronautical meteorological services deliver value across the aviation ecosystem.

This collaboration reflects my long‑standing commitment to advancing aeronautical meteorology and supporting industry partners in shaping practical, data‑driven solutions. I look forward to contributing to IATA’s important work in this area and to sharing insights as the project progresses.

If you work for an airline, air navigation service provider or aeronautical meteorological service provider and if you would like to learn more about this study, potentially with a view to volunteering your expertise and/or data, please get in touch.
